Core Web Vitals Checker
Enter your LCP, INP and CLS numbers from PageSpeed Insights or Search Console to see whether each one passes, what it means in plain words, and the most common fixes.
How to get your numbers
- Open PageSpeed Insights (pagespeed.web.dev) and test your page on mobile.
- Use the field data at the top (real users) if it is shown. Otherwise use the lab data.
- Enter LCP, INP and CLS here to see what passes and what to fix.
- For the whole site, check the Core Web Vitals report in Google Search Console.
Core Web Vitals thresholds
| Metric | Good | Needs improvement | Poor |
|---|---|---|---|
| LCP | 2.5 s or less | Up to 4 s | Over 4 s |
| INP | 200 ms or less | Up to 500 ms | Over 500 ms |
| CLS | 0.1 or less | Up to 0.25 | Over 0.25 |
Do Core Web Vitals affect rankings?
They are part of Google’s page experience signals, but relevance and content quality matter much more. Think of them as a tie-breaker and, more importantly, a conversion factor: faster, stable pages keep more visitors and get more enquiries.
Fix tools
