Using This Website
You may use this website for genuine enquiries about our courses. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy substantial parts of it for commercial use, or submit false information through our forms.
Course Enrolment
A seat is confirmed only once the agreed booking amount is received and we have confirmed it to you in writing. Batch dates, timings and mode of delivery (classroom or online) will be confirmed at enrolment.
We may reschedule a batch start date, change a session timing, or move a session online where circumstances require it. Where we do, we will tell you as early as we reasonably can.
What We Provide
We provide training, learning material, access to tools where stated, practical project work, and the support described in your enrolment confirmation. The exact inclusions for your batch are whatever we have confirmed to you in writing — please ask for that list before paying if you do not already have it.
What We Do Not Promise
We are direct about this because it matters. We provide placement assistance — portfolio building, resume and interview preparation, and introductions where we have them. We do not guarantee employment, a specific employer, or a specific salary. No training institute controls another company’s hiring decision.
Similarly, we do not guarantee any particular business result, ranking, or advertising outcome from applying what you learn. Results depend on your own effort, your market and factors outside anyone’s control.
Your Responsibilities as a Student
- Attend sessions and complete practical work — the course only works if you do the work.
- Bring a working laptop and reliable internet.
- Treat trainers and fellow students respectfully.
- Use any ad budget, tool access or client account provided for you responsibly and only for the coursework it was given for.
- Keep your login credentials for our study portal to yourself.
We may withdraw a student from a batch, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, dishonest, or that damages other students’ ability to learn.
Course Material and Intellectual Property
Course material, recordings, templates and study-portal content remain our property or that of our licensors. They are provided for your personal learning. You may not record sessions without permission, redistribute material, resell it, or use it to run competing training.
Work you produce during the course — your website, your campaigns, your portfolio — is yours.
Third-Party Platforms and Certifications
The course involves third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WordPress and various AI tools. Those platforms have their own terms, and they change their features and policies independently of us. Certifications offered by Google, HubSpot and similar bodies are awarded by them, on their criteria, and are free directly from those providers.
Fees and Payments
Fees, the installment schedule and exactly what is included will be confirmed to you in writing before you pay. Please make sure you have that confirmation. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website or from a course is limited to the fee you have paid us for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Terms confirmed to you in writing at enrolment govern your enrolment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
