Tips for business messages
- Bold the one thing you most want people to see, like the offer or the date.
- Keep lines short and leave blank lines between sections.
- Use strikethrough for old prices next to a new offer, but only for real discounts.
- End with a clear action, such as “Reply YES” or a link.
