Google Review QR Code Card Maker
Make a printable card with a QR code that opens your Google review form. Paste your review link, add your business name, pick a colour and size, then download a print-ready PNG for your counter, reception or bill folder.
Where to find it: open Google Business Profile on your phone or search your business on Google while signed in, tap Ask for reviews (or Share review form) and copy the link. No link yet? Use our Google Review Link Generator.
Everything is made in your browser. Your link is not sent to us. The card is 300 DPI, ready for any print shop.
Scan the printed card with two different phones before you print many copies.

How to make a Google review QR code card
- Copy your review link from Google Business Profile using Ask for reviews, or create one with our review link generator.
- Paste the link, add your business name, edit the headline if you like and pick a colour and card size.
- Download the PNG and print it, or download the QR on its own as an SVG for your own design.
Where to place your review QR card
Put the card where customers are happy and have a minute to spare: the billing counter, the reception desk, restaurant tables, the waiting area of a clinic, inside a bill folder or on a delivery bag. A table tent works best on counters and tables, an A5 poster on walls near the exit, and a visiting card size for handing out after a good visit.
Say it out loud as well. A short “if you liked our service, please scan this and leave a review” gets far more reviews than a card on its own.
Follow the review rules
- Ask every customer, not only the happy ones. Selecting only positive customers is called review gating and goes against Google policy.
- Never offer a discount, gift or cashback in exchange for a review.
- Do not post reviews for your own business or ask staff to do it.
- Reply to every review, good or bad, politely and within a few days.

Is this Google review QR code maker free?
Yes. Make and download as many cards as you need, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Will the QR code stop working?
No. The QR code points straight to your Google link, not to a redirect service, so it keeps working as long as your Google Business Profile is live.
Which link should I use?
Use the short review link from Google Business Profile (it usually starts with g.page/r/). It opens the star rating directly, which gets more reviews than a Maps link.
What size should I print?
Keep the QR code at least 2 cm wide. The table tent and A5 sizes are easy to scan from a distance; the visiting card size works when handed to the customer.
Can I add a Hindi line?
Yes. Choose English + Hindi line under Language to add a short Hindi request under the QR code.
