Free Conversion Rate Calculator
Calculate the conversion rate of a website, landing page or ad, and see how many more leads or sales you would get by improving it. Works for forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks and orders.
How to use the conversion rate calculator
- Enter visitors or clicks for a page, ad or campaign over a period.
- Enter conversions, the actions you count as success, such as form fills, calls, WhatsApp chats or orders.
- Add the value of a conversion to see revenue.
- Add a target rate to see how many more conversions an improvement would bring.
The formula
Conversion rate = conversions / visitors x 100. If 4,000 people visit a landing page and 80 fill the form, the conversion rate is 2%. Raising that to 3% would bring 120 leads from the same traffic, without spending more on ads.
What affects conversion rate?
| Factor | What helps |
|---|---|
| Traffic quality | Ads and keywords that match what the page offers |
| Speed | Pages that load in about 2 to 3 seconds on mobile |
| Clarity | A headline that says exactly what you offer and for whom |
| Trust | Real reviews, photos, address and clear pricing |
| Ease | Short forms, a WhatsApp button and a clear call to action |
There is no universal good rate
Conversion rates vary widely by industry, offer and traffic source, so avoid comparing with numbers you find online. Compare your own pages and campaigns over time, and test changes. When you test, check whether the difference is real with our A/B test significance calculator. To see the money side, use the ROI calculator.
