PAS Copywriting Generator
Use the PAS formula to write copy that starts with your customer's problem, shows why it matters, and presents your product as the solution. Great for ads, emails and landing pages.
How to use the PAS generator
- Describe your audience and their main problem.
- List what the problem costs them: lost time, money or opportunities.
- Describe your solution and how it helps.
- Copy and edit the result into your ad, email or page.
The PAS formula
| Stage | Job |
|---|---|
| Problem | Name the pain in the customer's own words |
| Agitate | Show why it matters and what it costs |
| Solution | Present your offer as the way out, with one next step |
Use PAS responsibly
PAS works because it starts where the customer is. Keep the agitate step honest and respectful; exaggerated fear damages trust. On Meta ads, avoid language that asserts personal attributes, like “Are you broke?”, which breaks ad policies.
