Keyword Grouping Tool

Paste a long keyword list and group it into themes by the words keywords share. Use each group as one page or one ad group, and export the groups as a CSV.

How to group keywords

  1. Paste your keyword list, from Keyword Planner, Search Console or the other tools.
  2. Add words to ignore that appear in almost every keyword, like your city.
  3. Review the groups and move any keyword that does not fit.
  4. Export the CSV and map each group to a page or ad group.

Why group keywords?

For SEOFor Google Ads
One strong page per topic instead of many thin pagesTight ad groups with relevant ads
Avoids pages competing with each otherBetter Quality Score
Clear internal linking planEasier bid and budget control

Check intent before you merge

Keywords that share words can still need different pages. “social media marketing course” and “social media marketing jobs” share three words but serve different people. Check each group with the search intent checker, plan clusters with the topic cluster planner, and expand lists with the keyword combiner.
