Flagged search termsAdd the irrelevant ones as negatives
Words to considerWords that keep appearing in non-converting searches
Converting termsAdd the best ones as keywords with their own bids

Read results with care

A search with no conversions after 3 clicks may still be a good search; it just needs more data. Focus on terms that are clearly irrelevant, like jobs, salary or free PDF, or terms with high spend and no results. Your data never leaves your browser.

Format the negatives with the negative keyword list generator, add winning terms with the match type generator, and set bids with the max CPC calculator.

Is this search terms analyzer free?

Yes. It is free with no sign-up, and your report never leaves your browser.

How often should I review search terms?

Weekly for active campaigns, and more often in the first month of a new campaign.

Why does Google show my ads for unrelated searches?

Broad and phrase match reach related searches. Negative keywords and tighter match types help control this.

Which file formats work?

Tab-separated text copied from Google Ads or a CSV export with a header row that includes Search term, Cost and Conversions.
