How to plan your posting schedule

These are starting points, not rules. A small team that posts well three times a week will do better than one that posts poorly every day and then stops.
Finding your best time
There is no single best time to post for everyone. Your own data is the only reliable guide. Instagram Insights shows when your followers are most active, and Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn analytics show similar data. Test a few time slots for two to four weeks and keep what works.
